The Pasteurcyl is a high temperature datalogger for pasteurization processes, food cooking and packaging control. High accuracy and precision as well as completely food grade and waterproof. The main body diameter is only 15 mm and so it can fit both in narrow pasteurization tunnels and in bottle necks. The small rugged waterproof heat resistant Stainless steel construction makes this idea for monitoring cook and cooling cycles.
With initial order, Part#: TS0144, Software & Disk Interface with Adapter is required as well, see links below. These parts are used to program and read the logger.
