Description

The 900MHz XSC Wireless Wall Mount Temperature Sensor has an internal temperature sensor and is ideal for applications where moisture is not a factor.

The 900MHz XSC Wireless Sensors are battery operated digital sensors with a microprocessor controlled 900 MHz FCC certified radio transmitter. The sensors have an on board time of day clock that allows them to spend most of the time in a low power quiescent state. At predetermined time intervals the clock will wake up the onboard microprocessor to transmit readings. This information is combined with a CRC-16 error check and transmitted in a very short data packet that results in a very short transmitter on-time. This architecture allows the sensors to consume very low energy resulting in long battery lives. The sensors also have onboard memory allowing them to function as a data logger.
