This Combo Thermometer is perfect for roasts & other meats for the oven and the barbecue as well as for candy making and deep frying. It provides instant readout of internal food temperature and an alarm will sound when the set temperature is reached. For oven testing the DTTC samples the variance of internal temperatures and displays the maximum and minimum temperatures reached. It is also great for alerting properly chilled temperatures.
