Scigiene’s Sulfite Allergen residue test
kit come in 10 test/pk and is designed for testing of sulfite residues on
cleaned surfaces.
The included swab allows for swabbing of
surfaces or CIP rinse and for direct pipetting of the fluid to the Sulfite test
strip.
The swab has Leethen broth to help
neutralize residual sanitizer that might interfere with the test.
Color change will indicate residual Sulfite
levels.
As a bonus the included swab can be used to
transfer 1ml on several agar plates directly if microbiology is being done or
for transfer to other specific allergen test kits.
Scigiene’s NEW Sulfite allergen
detection kit is designed for testing surface after cleaning to prove residual
sulfites are absent. Simply swab the surface to be tested (30 x 30 cm). It
includes a handy all -in one swab, neutralizing buffer and pipettor for
ultimate ease of use. Simply swab, shake and dispense 1ml onto the supplied
sulfite test strips and watch for Color change.
Wait
for 15 seconds and examine the color as per the following chart.

an innovative swab that integrates swab sampling and pipetting functions. It is
