The Humimeter TMX is a high-performance Total Moisture analyzer for determining the water content of powders and tablets. Customer-specific product curves can be calibrated by the customer themselves.

The Solid st. steel construction makes for durability and easy cleaning in between batches and the Dielectric measurement principle is non destructive allowing tested product t to be entered into the production stream.

The measured values can
be saved via the integrated data logger on the device, supplemented with
additional data, and retrieved later. You also have the option of using a
"Hold" function. This freezes the measured values on the display of the TMX moisture
meter until the next button press.
In order to increase the
measurement accuracy and reproducibility of the TMX whole moisture tester, the
measurement is carried out with hectoliter compensation. This is achieved by
accurately weighing the sample amount using the included scale to allow for
precision traceable gravimetric results.
For this purpose, a scale and a measuring cup are supplied with the TMX
meter. As a result, different bulk densities have no influence on the
measurements. The entire TMX moisture meter series has been calibrated and
tested using the verifiable drying method EN-ISO 712.
At the same time, the TMX moisture meter also measures the sample
temperature, displays it and includes it in the moisture calculation. The
temperature range is from 0 °C to 40 °C and can be displayed either in °C or
°F.

As a further feature, the moisture meter has an integrated USB
interface. This interface can be used to connect to a PC. The included
basic data acquisition and evaluation software "LogMemorizer" allows
values to be read
from the device, edited, supplemented with additional information, archived,
exported and further processed.
As an additional option for the TMX moisture meter, we also offer a
portable and handy thermal printer. Using this printer, stored data can be
printed out on site without a PC. These printouts can be attached to production
reports.

the possibility of calibration.
